Product Description

1. The calf island body is made of imported food-grade PE raw materials, modified with antioxidants, UV blockers, and other ingredients. It is molded by the rotational molding process in one piece, making the island body durable and functional, such as shading and insulation. The light transmittance is less than 1%, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the calf island can be effectively reduced by 4-6 degrees Celsius in summer.
The average thickness of the island body is about 5mm, with a self-weight of more than 50KG, and the material contains UV protection and anti-aging agents. After being exposed to 9000 hours of UV radiation at level 8, the tensile strength is 16.2MPa, and the impact resistance is greater than 23Jmm. The supplier will provide free repair and maintenance services for the product and all related after-sales issues within one year from the date of the calf island's shipment, due to non-human reasons and all parts damaged by non-human causes.
2. Introduction to the calf island fence: The calf island fence is made of 8mm diameter wire by cutting, welding, and other processes to meet the finished product requirements. The hole diameter is 14CM. The fence surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing to prevent corrosion and rust, and meet the requirements of long service life.
3. Introduction to the calf feeding bowl: The calf feeding bowl is a feeding tool for newborn calves to provide milk powder and starter feed. Each set of calf island comes with two 7L stainless steel feeding bowls, which are used together with the pot rack on the fence. The feeding bowl has a scale mark to facilitate the identification of the feeding amount. The waistline of the feeding bowl is designed with a protruding groove to solve the problem of difficulty in removing the feeding bowls when stacked.
4. Assembly screws: To facilitate the convenient installation and use of the calf island, each set of calf island comes with assembly screws. It includes 4 eye ring screw roots and 1 rear window insertion screw, 1 stainless

3. Packaging and Transportation Requirements: Each set of 20 calf islands is stacked on a wooden pallet for easy loading and unloading, and wrapped in stretch film to keep the product surface clean and tidy.
